Remind me, I like.
The first thing you notice is the rich, inescapable dark chocolate that finds its way to every corner of your mouth. It's one of the best kind of chocolate I've tasted on a cake. The cake itself is moist, smooth, its two layers separated by a little layer of the same dark chocolate on the outside. Rather than the chocolate matching the cake, the cake matches the chocolate.
The downside, if any, is that I cannot handle the tiny cake alone. The chocolate is a little too rich, too strong, that there is not enough cake on the inside to give enough body to the flavor. And so the cake is best shared by two, over some coffee or hot chocolate, and a nice hearty conversation.
