A lot of the times I eat with my girlfriend I ask her about the food.
"What's that?"
"Kare-kare."
"Have I tried it?"
"Yes, once, in Megamall."
"Did I like it?"
And she would answer yes I did or no I didn't, and I'd take a mental note and forget it a minute later. Sometimes, in the middle of a cookie or a cold chocolate drink I'd tell her, "Zee, remind me, I like the food here."
A few hours ago I asked her again whether I liked the chocolate eclair at Postrio and I realized that I should just take notes myself, instead of having to ask her every single time. I mentioned it to her, she said definitely, and so here I am.
In No Uncertain Terms is a review of the things I like, the things I don't like, and the things I must note to try again if given the chance, in order to make a better decision. I will review restaurants, dishes, drinks, shops, malls, public transportation, government officials, movies, music, books, graphic novels, companies, celebrities, nobodies, porn stars (?), janitors, and the cashier at the local fast food store.
This is a review of life, in no uncertain terms.

Do I like kare-kare?
